The service is published by Samuel Ronce, France. Requests concerning personal data may be submitted using the details on the Contact page. No data protection officer has been appointed.
Accounts and service delivery
Account identifiers, authentication information and project records support sign-in and access to projects. Clerk supplies authentication; Cloudflare supplies application hosting and storage.
Generations and media
Prompts, references and generated assets are processed to provide previews, animations and exports. The implementation uses fal.ai and Cloudflare for AI processing, hosting and storage. These operational inputs are not sent to the targeted PostHog analytics integration.
Payments
Stripe processes payments. The application stores purchase references, pack, amount, currency, credits and confirmation-delivery information. Optional purchase analytics contain pack, amount, currency and pseudonymous user identity, not payment card data or email.
Optional analytics
After acceptance, PostHog measures visits, campaign attribution, product actions and purchases across spritesheet.ai and app.spritesheet.ai. The X Pixel measures advertising visits and conversions. Consent is shared between subdomains and stored for six months. No session replay or automatic interaction capture is enabled. Refusing does not block the service.
Preferences
The footer allows acceptance, refusal or withdrawal. Withdrawal stops future browser collection and clears browser analytics persistence; it does not itself erase previously collected records. A checkout records the consent applicable when it was created for its subsequent payment event.
Operational measurement
Server events measure generation, preview and export reliability for accounts and API keys. This technical measurement is limited to operating, securing and improving the service.
Sharing and recipients
Creations are private by default. Publishing an asset through the sharing feature makes it accessible to others. The service relies on Clerk, Cloudflare, Stripe, PostHog, X and fal.ai for authentication, hosting, payments, advertising measurement and image processing.
Retention
Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and secure the platform. Users can delete their own creations. Deletion may take additional time to propagate through technical backups.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent for optional analytics may be withdrawn at any time using the privacy preferences below. Requests may be submitted through the Contact page. Users may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
